1. Our Commitment
APK Chill is an independent platform and does not claim ownership over any third-party application, software, trademark, or brand. We are committed to removing any content that legitimately infringes upon the copyright of its rightful owner upon receiving a valid and complete takedown request.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any content available on APK Chill infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to us.
To be considered valid, your DMCA notice must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information, including a valid email address and phone number
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., app name, official website, or documentation proving ownership)
- The exact URL(s) on APK Chill where the allegedly infringing content is located
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement of accuracy, declaring under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Where to Submit a DMCA Notice
You may submit your DMCA takedown request through our website’s official contact page. Please use the subject line:
“DMCA Takedown Request — [App/Content Name]”
We aim to acknowledge all valid requests within 2–5 business days and will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content.
4. Counter-Notice Policy
If you believe that content you submitted or content related to you was removed as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA notice, you have the right to file a Counter-Notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed and its former location on APK Chill
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which APK Chill may be found)
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, APK Chill may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action during that period.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
APK Chill maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers will have their access to the platform terminated at our sole discretion.

Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability, including damages, attorney’s fees, and other legal consequences under applicable law. APK Chill reserves the right to seek legal remedies in cases of abuse of the DMCA process.
